Discover the secrets of authentic Andalusian paella, from the picturesque village of Ojen to the serenity of our family finca in the Sierra de las Nieves. ‍ Activity program: Meeting point in Ojen - (transport options to Ojen possible) Visit the village of Ojen: Museo Molino, las Cuevas, Plaza de la Iglesia... - 45 min. Arrival at our family Finca located in the heart of the Sierra de las Nieves Park (protected by UNESCO). Welcome aperitif: beers & wines from the region, tortilla española and salad. Introduction & History of paella while enjoying the aperitif. Show-cooking paella: Our Maestro Arrocero starts preparing paella right in front of your eyes. Tasting seafood paella in a friendly atmosphere, under our pergola overlooking the mountains.
