Begin your culinary experience in Venice with a stroll through a local market, led by your chef and guide. Learn to select the best seasonal produce and seafood as Venetians have for generations. After gathering ingredients, return to a charming kitchen space to begin your hands-on cooking session.


Start by preparing fondi di carciofi, fried artichoke hearts made in traditional Venetian style. Then, choose your main dish: roll handmade ravioli filled with ricotta and vegetables or stir a creamy risotto infused with local seafood or fresh vegetables like asparagus. Finish by crafting your dessert—either a silky panna cotta with fruit or a decadent tiramisù layered with mascarpone and espresso-soaked biscuits.
