NO TAGINE, NO COUSCOUS –JUST 8 TO 9 AUTHENTIC LOCAL DISHES Meet your guide at Café de France in the main square. We’ll explore the Medina, walking through its lively streets to our favorite local spots, where only locals gather to enjoy their meals. All food and drinks are included in the price. Depending on your taste preferences, you’ll get to try: 1-Msemen Amer: A traditional Moroccan pancake, often stuffed with delicious fillings. 2-Harira & Chebakia: A perfect pairing of Moroccan soup and sweets. 3-Makkla bel Kefta: The Moroccan twist on Chakchouka, a must-try dish in Marrakech. 4-Sfenj: Light and airy Moroccan donuts. 5-Lhnidiya: Refreshing cactus fruit. 6-Chwa: Savory grilled meats, including beef, turkey, and liver. 7-Rass Mbekher: A delicacy of steamed sheep’s head seasoned with cumin. 8-Panaché: A refreshing smoothie made from the freshest seasonal fruits. 9-Khoudenjal: A hot herbal infusion with eucalyptus, perfect for clearing your senses and aiding digestion.
