We will start in Djemaa El-Fna, the centre of all the action in Marrakech before heading into the souks. Here your local host will teach you the Arabic words for all the ingredients you’ll need to cook your tasty tajine, giving you insider knowledge for your shopping experience.
Now it’s time to get your cook on! During your hands-on cooking class, the chef will be giving you step-by-step instructions about how the locals cook the perfect tajine. You’ll learn all about the key ingredients and spices needed to make it as authentic as possible, the perfect skill to take home from your Marrakech travel experience.

Traditional Tagine Cookery Class
Fabulous experience. Mouna our guide was just so lovely. She was engaging , knowledgeable and taught us about shopping, the local language and the Medina. It’s worth knowing that this is an authentic experience and some travellers may not wish to see the chickens being killed infront of them. This aside we loved learning about the spices and making our own lunch. The salads were also beautiful and the whole experience was very enjoyable including enjoying a mint tea on the stunning roof terrace...read more

For sure bring real Morocco dish back home
Chef Hanane and her sister Mounia were very kind! We made chicken tagine, Taktoka n Zaalok today, very delicious. Highly recommend to join it!

Riadmade Marrakesh tajine
Fantastic adventure doing some guided shopping of vegetables in the souks. Learning Arabic culinary terminology and preparing your own tajine with the professional help of the lady of Riad house herself. My daughter and I had a great time together and we had a very warm welcome.
