What You’ll Experience

Discover the tradition of handmade mozzarella and cheese production. Enjoy a typical farmer's breakfast with organic dairy, yoghurt, milk, butter, honey, jam, local bread and more homemade treats. Learn about the history of the family business and the tradition of handmade cheese production that has been handed down from father to son for three generations. Embark on a culinary journey to discover the processing phases of local cheeses and dairies, starting from milk to more than 100 types of cheese. Assist with the milk processing and cooking, the typical hand mozzarella stretching, and the handmade cheese production between multiple tastings. At the end of the tour, get a small surprise to bring back home.
