Our cosy tasting room is part of our home-based shop in Broke, where you'll sample a range of delightful meads and honey flavours. All while being guided by the owner/mead maker. What to Expect Mead Tasting: Choose 6 x 30ml mead samples (equivalent to 1.5 standard drinks) from our carefully crafted flavour selection, served on a paddle board in shot glasses. Flavour choices usually include: Traditional (Plain) Turkish Delight Lemon and Ginger Maple Syrup Cherry and Coconut Cherry and Chilli Mixed Fruit Ginger and Chocolate Vanilla Coffee Lemon and Lime Honey Tasting: Sample a variety of honey flavours, including raw honey, vanilla honey, creamed honey, cinnamon honey, and a spicy chilli honey sauce.
