Moroccan barbeque activity , The program includes three hours through which we can learn about the methods of seasoning meat with Moroccan-style spices, we will try several types of meat, including goat - beef _ chicken fillets _ rabbit meat _ lamb _ turkey meat .We will also grill meat on charcoal and bring some accompanying salads. It is a lunch/dinner that brings us closer to Moroccan traditions in the art of food and rearranges the features of taste in ourselves.

We had the best time at...

We had the best time at our private lunch. We went for my mum’s birthday, and were able to sit on the terrace overlooking Chefchaouen. All of the staff were so kind and friendly, and went out of their way to make it a good birthday for my mum. We got to learn about the spices used for the meats, and enjoyed our time a lot. Our only note was we would usually prefer our meat slightly less cooked, but other than that the experience was amazing and we’d 100% recommend it to someone looking to do som...read more
