On your arrival you will be served Ferrari Trento 1902 , the Italian toast per excellence with irresistible lightness of the bubbles.
Afterwards you will continue with a delicious appetizer, fried specialities of the executive chef-pizzaiolo.Then will proceed with pizza tasting and expects the sample of 2 classical proposals and and 2 special proposals - innovative recipes created by the chef.
This part of tasting will be accompanied by a selection of two different wines of Campania Region matching with your gastronomic experience that will be advised by executive wine waiter.
