The tour begins with a visit to the olive press museum in the village of Eggares which dates back to 1884, where you’ll learn about the island’s cherished olive oil and taste various olive related products. Next, you will meet a local beekeeper in the village of Myloi, who will introduce you to the world of beekeeping, allowing you to sample a variety of honeys and honey-related products. Carry some of this delicious honey to a local bakery in the village of Kinidaros, where you’ll join in preparing a traditional Naxian delicacy. This tour is a perfect blend of flavors and hands-on experience, giving you a taste of Naxos’s warm hospitality and authentic treats.
