Cooking class and private dinner in the 1795 winery
Immerse yourself in Puglia's culinary and artistic heritage. Cook traditional dishes and explore Impressionist art settings in a unique, private experience at Trullo Otium or venues of choice.
Experience Details
Step into a historic wine cellar dating back to 1795, where generations of the same family have been producing wine in large oak barrels. Walk among the barrels and discover the story of the family, their land, and a craft passed down through time.
After the cellar visit, the experience continues with a hands-on cooking class, where you will prepare traditional Apulian recipes using fresh local ingredients, guided step by step.
Once the cooking session is complete, you will enjoy a shared tasting, savoring your dishes paired with three selected wines, along with local cheeses and freshly baked focaccia.
Relax in an intimate atmosphere of stone walls, soft light, and the scent of wood, wine, and homemade food.
At the end, explore a small on-site shop with artisanal products, including handmade pasta, olive oil, and local specialties.
