Make a reservation for a special opportunity to visit an independent beer, wine, and mead producer located near San José and taste our distinctly local products during a small-group guided tasting. Pick from two tour times, and make your own way to the meadery in Santa Bárbara, Heredia. After touring the fermentation room, taste six different meads, beers, and wines—which are made from locally grown flowers, fruits, and other botanicals—in the company of the owners. -This small-group tour is capped at 15 people for a personal experience - Learn all about how beer, wine, and mead are made. - Taste a range of award-winning beers, wines, and meads made with local products - Hear behind-the-scenes stories from the meadery’s owners Whether a connoisseur or newcomer, this journey awakens your senses and creates cherished memories. Not the Mead you think it is

Mead is NOT the syrupy sweet concoction I thought it was! This was very informative and fun! Loved the wines and beers so much so that we bought several (and I'm a big Cab Sav person) we had fun and learned alot !

Unique experience!

This is a very unique experience! We learned so much about the processes of making different alcoholic beverages including mead. Michael chose the meads and beer based on our preferences and we loved every single one of them. It was such a fun and educational experience! Michael is very personable and really good at explaining clearly.

It was totally worth it

Everything was very good, the person was very friendly at all times and made it very clear what the process is. If you like craft beer and are interested in the process, it is definitely worth attending, it is quick and you have the opportunity to try 6 different ones, each with a different flavor and style.
