In the company of Antonella, you will have a unique and fun hands-on experience learning about old family traditions. She will tell you about the typical Sardinian types of pasta made of only semolina, water and salt and reveal family recipes. With her you will prepare malloreddus and fregula , she will teach you what sauces are best to pair them with and at the end of the workshop you will enjoy these delicious dishes accompanied by a good glass of wine.
