Tour a Palermo market to buy fresh produce that you'll prepare later, then head back to Fulvio's and learn to cook typical Sicilian recipes. Finally, sit down to enjoy lunch!

What You’ll Experience

Chef Fulvio loves meeting people from around the world and helping them discover the flavors of Sicily in a genuine, local way. He cooks seasonal starters, pasta, fish, meat or vegetarian dishes. He can even teaches you the secrets to cooking amazing Italian food. Oh, and he's a rocker! Fulvio will first take you to a food market in Palermo to buy fresh produce before heading back to his house where the cooking class begins! Using the ingredients you just bought, your host will teach you tips and tricks to perfecting his favorite Sicilian recipes so that you know just how to recreate them at home. When the class is over and the food is ready, you'll sit down and enjoy a 4-course meal that includes your creations! Feel at home, get your hands dirty and then dig in! You will get the chance to experience a unique and authentic cooking class/food tour/dinner with a local host, hand selected by Eatwith, the world’s largest community for authentic culinary experiences.
