The evening spent with Fulvio was the perfect introduction to traditional Sicilian cooking. The recipes we made were easy to follow and we throughly enjoyed dining at his home. Thank you so much, especially for the special attention to catering for the coeliac and gluten allergies within our group.

Due to having coeliac disease I was so worried about finding good gluten free food while on holiday in Palermo but after finding Fulvio there was nothing to worry about at all. The evening cooking class with dinner was coeliac friendly and so much fun, Fulvio was more than happy to accommodate my gluten allergy so I could enjoy the evening with everyone else. We had pasta with aubergine and swordfish with tiramisu for dessert, all gluten free!! The cooking class was fun and the food was great. W...read more
We had a great time in Fulvio’s very welcoming home. We learned some new delicious Sicilian recipes and cooked them following his guidance. He also had no issues with catering to my gluten allergy. We had a great time, can’t recommend enough!!!

Thank you for an unforgettable experience. Love Eitan & Netta from Tel aviv, Israel:)
