Good to Know

In this experience you will learn dishes of Andalusian cuisine, such as ajoblanco and Malaga salad, which we finish with a Paella, the first recipe known in Spain. During the class, the chef will show her clients tips on where to buy good products and sites in Malaga that they should visit, as well as interesting gastronomic sites. They are fun, enjoyable and 100% participatory classes. A minimum of 4 people is required to take the class.

In our kitchens, for 3 hours, we will cook three typical dishes from Malaga and Spain. The first will be "ajoblanco", it is a soup made from almonds that is eaten cold. Secondly, we will make malaga soak, a very typical dish from the Costa del Sol. And finally, the Valencian paella, the original. We will taste all this at the end of the class. During cooking we will make sangria to complete the experience! To finish we will enjoy a very typical Andalusian dessert!

Wonderful experience

A wonderful lesson on paella including the “science” behind. Diego was a great instructor with a wonderful sense of humor. Paula was also great looking after our well-being. We also made a cold soup and typical local salad.

Wonderful Paella class

Fun class. Clean facility. Diego was a Great instructor. While the paella was deeply delicious, the soup and salad were also uniquely delightful.

Fabulous!

Fabulous experience! Expert coaching and entertaining. Laura is a great teacher and cook and I even signed up for her Tapas class the next day! Parking is a drag so get early or take public transport!

Couldn't be better

10/10 experience! Laura is super friendly and makes the workshop very enjoyable; plus, she cooks incredibly well. It is also located in a central area. I would do it again.

A great experience.

A wonderful experience! We were a large group of friends, Laura was super attentive. There were some food restrictions and she made sure that we were all comfortable. I will definitely do it again!
