This tour includes the visit of lively and colorful Market Capo: strolling through the market stalls you will learn loads of precious information regarding the food traditions in Sicily, all your senses will be overwhelmed by the colours and the flavors, even the market noise will be a pleasant sound.
Yuo will taste some local specialties like sfincione (dough topped with onion, bread crumbs, tomato, and oregano), crocché (potato croquettes), panelle (fried chickpea flour), arancine (rice croquettes stuffed with meat or butter) and delicious sicilian dessert.
