Great Wine Tasting with Sylvia
I used to work with wine before, so I know a bit about it. Sylvia surprised me - she really knows her stuff! Not just French wines, but international ones too. It was nice to remember things I’d forgotten. We tried 4 wines - all very good: one sparkling, one white and two reds. The food pairing (cheese, bread, butter, charcuterie) was fresh and delicious too. The restaurant is perfect for hot days: shady, with some trees outside, and air conditioning.
