A celiac treat great like no other

Absolutely absolutely fantastic, Franchesca and Maria and their team is far and beyond above what we hoped and expected in every way. I am celiac and the accommodations made were incredible! We made ravioli and a “Roman spaghetti”… it both looked and tasted like the regular. I am not sure I will ever eat pasta that good ever again. Maria made tiramisu with us… amazing and simple instructions, more gluten free perfection. I could not recommend this any more 11/10 stars!
