During the 3 hours we will make fresh pasta and condiments prepared entirely by the participants depending on the seasonal products, with the guidance and explanation of the Chef.

What You’ll Experience

Cooking Class program: - Welcome drink reception with breathtaking views of the Chianti hills with enchanting glimpse of Barberino Val D'Elsa; - Meeting with our chef who will guide you in the preparation of 2/3 types of fresh pasta (e.g., ravioli, tagliatelle, pici, gnocchi...) and categorically vegetarian sauces to match the type of pasta. - Lunch or dinner including pasta prepared by participants, 1 glass of wine, water and coffee included. Learn how to make homemade pasta easily and successfully! With only flour, water and eggs we will teach you the secrets to make RAVIOLI, TAGLIATELLE, CAPPELLETTI, GNOCCHI in a lovely place nestled in the picturesque Chianti hills. During the 3 hours we will make fresh pasta and condiments prepared entirely by the participants depending on the seasonal products, with the guidance and explanation of the Chef. After the preparation of the pasta, you will finally enjoy its authentic flavor while tasting some excellent Chianti wine paired with the meal. Your dietary needs are not a problem for us: our classes are also vegetarian, vegan, gluten and/or lactose-free upon request and with ingredients that are always local, fresh and in season.
