The course will be taken inside a real kitchen restaurant

My fun Italian pasta-making class.

This is a unique hands-on cooking experience to take you deeper into the authentic Italian food and wine world, guided by the most entertaining and knowledgeable team of Chefs in Florence.

You will learn and prepare your meal from scratch. After your experience as a real chef you will taste the different foods you prepared, accompanied by a selectioned chianti wine.

Our cooking class is fun, creative and interesting and you will be proud to show your friend how expert you have become in making fresh pasta.

What You’ll Experience

Your professional and fun course, held inside the real kitchen of a Michelin Guide restaurant. During this hands-on experience, you will learn how to prepare authentic fresh Italian pasta completely from scratch. The chef will guide you step by step, revealing techniques and secrets to create perfect tagliatelle and stuffed tortelli. You will discover how to cook a rich, flavorful beef ragù and how to make a delicious filling to create truly unforgettable tortelli. At the end of the two-hour course, you will also learn the correct way to cook fresh pasta and enjoy tasting everything you have prepared with your own hands. It will be the best pasta you have ever tasted in your life! In addition, you will discover how to plate your tagliatelle and tortelli beautifully, just like a real chef in a restaurant. The dinner and course will be accompanied by a tasting of organic Chianti wine carefully selected by our sommelier. As an extra benefit, everyone who attends the course will have a direct line to the chef, who will remain available in the days and months to come to answer questions, offer advice, and help you successfully recreate your Italian dinner at home.
