Requires little cooking skills and yet as an experienced pasta maker I still learned some things that will elevate my cooking These ladies are absolutely delightful.
Very personal pasta making experience!!! Wonderful experience making fresh, handmade pasta in Maria’s home. She’s and her partner were excellent teachers and hosts, not only showing us how to make three shapes of pasta but sharing local culture and history.
Maria Angela welcomed us warmly. She had a lot of interesting things to tell and shared a lot with us. Thanks to her kindness we felt at home with her. We would definitely come back.
What a delight! There were 9 of us and we had the best time and the best food. I feel I can now make pasta which I wouldn't have said 2 weeks ago.
