Learn how to shape your gnocchi for that classic homemade look before cooking it to a soft, pillowy texture.
While the dumplings cook, prepare a creamy roasted red pepper sauce with garlic, heavy cream, Parmesan and seasonings. Toss everything together until the sauce clings to every bite, then add freshly grated Parmesan and fresh herbs for the finishing touch. Whether you’re a beginner or already enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, you’ll pick up useful dough-making, shaping and sauce-making techniques in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
