What You’ll Experience
You’ll make fresh pasta dough from scratch, prepare a flavorful spinach and ricotta filling, and hand-shape your own ravioli. Once cooked, your ravioli will be finished with brown butter and crispy sage for a simple, delicious sauce that lets the homemade pasta shine. Along the way, Chef Abra will share tips and techniques for working with fresh pasta dough, shaping ravioli and making homemade pasta at home.
