Experience Details

Appreciate the blend between Chinese Dim Sum adopted for the Muslim community in Singapore, and hands-on in pleating your very own Paus. Get creative and make your very own pau and bring home to show your friends and family.

As part of the workshop, you will also be able to taste our best selling dim sums, have a mini tour around our premise and have a understanding of the Singapore Food Industry. We can't wait to welcome you at Nury's Factory, where premium halal dim sums are made!

What You’ll Experience

During the 2 hour private workshop and mini-factory tour conduct by Nury Dian Xin (one of Singapore's largest halal dim sum producer), you and your private group (of up to 24 pax) will get hands-on experience in pleating and test your creativity in making fancy looking paus to bring home. You will get to taste some of our dim sums and have a better understanding on the truly Singapore blend of chinese and malay flavours in Nury's Premium Dim Sum. Also, learn the manufacturing process of our paus and compliance with the various accreditation requirements and our partnerships with the community to combat food waste. For vegetarians, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the workshop so that our instructors can prepare some suitable food item for you.
