With the Pizza and Bread making class, you will learn the secret of the Mother Dough to make pizza, focaccia, and pane. Held by a professional pizzaiolo, the class allows guests to understand the world of the “Biga” and the various methods in the preparation of this precious dough. After a short introduction to the pizza and dough world, the hands-on experience will capture all your senses. Measurements and techniques. Ingredients and cooking temperatures. Fire (not too close) and kitchen tools.

Great Bread & Pizza making experience

Quite simply one of the best cooking classes we have ever taken. Enzo was a wonderful host collecting us from our apartment & driving us to a lovely Agri-Tourism farm & restaurant where we were given a tour of the working farm which has an abundance of animals, fruits, vegetables, etc. After that we began our class with bread-making followed by pizza-making including a flat focaccia tiramisu desert. Best experience on a 4 week Europe trip

This was the best experience of a 4 week trip through Europe. For those looking to get to know Calabrian people and culture, be hosted by the incredible Enzo, and learn while having fun, we cannot recommend this any more highly. Amazing!

Learning the secrets of Pizza

Very nice and funny class in a small group. The pizzamaker taught us how to make different types of pizzas, focaccia, and bread. Pizza was delicious. We really enjoyed the experience
