Begin your class in the picturesque town of San Gimignano with a warm welcome from your local pizza chef. Learn how to mix and knead traditional pizza dough by hand before preparing a simple yet flavorful tomato sauce. Once the base is ready, assemble three classic pizzas: Margherita with fresh basil and Mozzarella, Napoli with anchovies and capers, and Quattro Stagioni topped with seasonal vegetables and prosciutto cotto. As your pizzas bake, hear stories about local traditions and the culinary heritage of Tuscany. Then, enjoy your creations in a relaxed setting.
