Experience Details

Pizza, known throughout the world for its simplicity and goodness, is made everywhere, but Italy is its homeland and Florence is one of the best Italian cities to learn the history and best preparation techniques.

In the laboratory, travelers will learn unique secrets, delighting their senses, surrounded by the scent and love that binds us to this extraordinary product, here they will be able to:

- Prepare the dough by hand and with the mixer

- Form the dough

- Handle and roll out the disc of pasta and its sauce

- Organize the work at the oven (lighting and use of the shovels)

- Bake

- Cook according to optimal temperature parameters

- Differentiate cooking with different temperatures and analyze the results

- Taste their creations

Together with the tasting, a small tasting of 2 local wines will await you, a red Chianti Classico and a Tuscan Rosè, both of which will be illustrated combined with the ingredients used during preparation.
