After the guided tour it's time for our Italian soul to come alive, Pranzo Time (It's the Italian word for lunch)
You'll be welcomed in a real Italian house, by a "Mamma", forget all those cooking classes that are super fancy but not authentic, your Mamma will be pleased to welcome you to her cozy and personal home where you will feel like having lunch with a relative. You will not find a "chef" but the warm pleasure of a meal prepared with an authentic mamma. Get ready to prepare with your own hands, all from scratch, the 'perfect' handmade pasta dough for the 'perfect' pasta.
