Join us at the Edwart Atelier and put yourself in a chocolatier’s shoes. Located just in front of the Tuileries Garden, Discover our production methods, plunge yourself into chocolate making and bring home your creations to impress your friends and family! This workshop is recommended for adults, families, and kids aged 12 and over. In this workshop we will make hand rolled and dipped pralinés rochers, created completely from scratch. Every participant leaves with a diploma, all recipes, and a signature Edwart gift bag filled with chocolates you have made yourselves! NB: Classes are added to the schedule based on demand and availability, so thank you for checking your messages to confirm the start time. We do our best to work with all clients and chocolatiers to come up with the best organization and scheduling for everyone! Sending us a message with multiple options or a window of your availability increases the chance that we can accommodate your party.

In this class you will get hands-on and make delicious rochers pralinés ! Chocolate production is in the workshop downstairs, and upstairs you will be treated to a special tasting of some of Edwart's signature products. *Note that our schedule changes frequently and bookings are possible through many outlets. Therefore, please be sure to verify that your booking request has been accepted!

Delicious hand-rolled rochers that you will make from scratch, using freshly roasted hazelnuts.

It's a course suitable for everyone, even those who have no experience in pastry, and the great thing is that it can be replicated at home, so it can be useful! Of course they teach how to make simple chocolates, not the ones that are actually sold, so we might suggest doing a level 2 which would be interesting as well. Unforgettable moment

Chocolate Lovers Fun

We had so much fun here. She was so patient and informative. The chocolate was so good! A nice break from walking around Paris for a few hours.
