Join us as we explore the 4 types of tequila: Blanco, Reposado, Anejo and Super Anejo. Learn the entire process from planting to bottling. Our experts love to share the secrets of the agave! You will leave buzzing with a deeper understanding of the magical, mystical Blue Agave. And armed with knowledge for purchasing tequilas on your own.
All tastings are held at El Tasting Room. THE place in Vallarta to find craft spirits, artisanal beers and quality wines all from right here in Mexico. It has a large, high-quality selection of small-batch tequila, mezcal, bacanora, racilla, solols, pulque, craft beer and wine. You’ll even find Mexican gins, vodkas and whiskeys! El Tasting Room is brought to you by the experts in food tourism, Vallarta Food & Mexology Tours, in partnership with the masters of craft cocktails at El Colibri. We’re local people helping you find the best local spirits.
