Learn the secrets of the most iconic Parma dishes and taste the fruit of your labour for lunch or dinner with local wines included. You'll have a fully equipped workstation with utensils and ingredients and your local host will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic Parma recipes (starter, fresh pasta and dessert) handed down by generations of mammas and nonnas. After the class, sit down at the table with your Italian family and taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of local wines. This experience is held by Cesarine, Italy’s oldest network of home cooks and wine experts. Cesarine are passionate and welcoming hosts that open the doors of their own homes to curious travellers for immersive culinary experiences. Every host is reviewed for authentic culinary traditions.

Extraordinary experience 🌹

The most authentic experience that we could have. We learned so much🌹we learn how to cook a tiramisu, then the past and tagliatelle. it was just amazing 🤩 we loved 🥰 every minute of it 🙏 thank you 🙏

Highly recommend cooking with Mauro and his wife!

Mauro and his wife were wonderful hosts. Beautiful house with a pizza oven in their kitchen! The food was delicious, we got to help cook it ourselves. Loved making the homemade pasta. The wine was very delicious too. Pizza was so good, so was the apple cake. I would do this again with the same people if I ever come back!

Good fun

There were some hiccups in communication getting the class/arrival arranged, but once we figured it out, we had a great time. Cristina has a passion for food that shines through and we were happy to have her share her expertise in pasta making with us. We went home full!
