Experience a customized and hands-on cooking courses with your private local chef in down-town Florence and end your experience with a lunch or dinner (depending on the starting time) of the food prepared. You will learn secrets and simple tips and tricks to prepare a unique authentic tuscan meal with excellent results! The custom-tailored program and hands-on experience can be adapted to your taste. Personalized cooking course based on the specific requests of the guest The menu can be planned in advance (suggested) or improvised during the class Fresh, seasonal ingredients will be used As soon as you arrive it will immediately precede you with the preparation of the set menu. After about an hour of work, you will have a break for an aperitif (Prosecco, Spritz or other requested by you!) Then we will continue to finish the preparation Finally, you will enjoy the fruits of your labor Wines will be served (one or more based on your requests) During the class preparation techniques will be explained, origin of the products used, history of the dishes and lots of conversation At the end of the lesson and lunch or dinner based on your choice, you will be given the recipes online. The chef will always be at your disposal. This is an easy course that everyone can participate in.

Wonderful experience!

We had the most wonderful experience! Our family of four had never done anything like this before, and walked away extremely happy. Chef Vary was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and engaging. She tailored the class to exactly what would be best for us. The food was absolutely delicious, and the company was excellent. I highly recommend!

Gluten-Free Cooking Magic in Florence with Chef Vary!

Just had the BEST time with Chef Vary in Florence! We did a private gluten-free cooking class and made pizza, ravioli, gnocchi, and tagliatelle—all from scratch in her dedicated gluten-free kitchen. This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Florence. If you’re looking for an authentic, fun, and safe culinary experience—especially if you have dietary needs—don’t miss this!

Great Cooking class - gluten free & dairy free

A definite HIGHLIGHT of our Italy trip! This was such a fun class. Chef Vary and her team created a terrific gluten free and dairy free menu. Irene was a great teacher and chef, sharing her knowledge, and letting us do the work. We had a great meal - ravioli, gnocchi, and an alternate Tiramisu. So good - and would highly recommend.

Learning to Cook with Chef Vary is a Delight!

Our family did a private cooking class with Chef Vary. She was an absolute delight. She taught us how to make and prepare three types of pasta from scratch. The results were delicious! Our family had a blast with Chef Vary and learned so much in just a few hours. Chef Vary is super knowledgeable and makes cooking simple and fun. Plus, she has a wonderful sense of humor. Our family highly recommends taking a cooking class with Chef Vary!

Awesome worthwhile class

This was a great class. The host and hostess were awesome. I had a lot of pasta to take home. The only thing I am missing is the recipes. How do I get them?
