Guests will enjoy a private guided tour of the vineyards and ageing cellar led by expert sommeliers, discovering the traditions and craftsmanship behind Brunello di Montalcino. Following the tour, enjoy a guided tasting of 6 premium Tuscan wines: Rosato Toscano, Rosso di Montalcino DOC, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG (younger than 7 years), Brunello di Montalcino DOCG (well-aged over 7 years), Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG and a Super Tuscan wine selection. The experience is paired with a traditional Tuscan lunch featuring pecorino cheese, bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, Tuscan cold cuts, fresh handmade pinci pasta with traditional Tuscan ragù and a typical Tuscan dessert. A vegetarian option is also available upon request. Our host, Marius, showed great patience with our late arrival. He was excellent explaining the process they use. We had a great blend of wines with a good mix of food. We enjoyed our time there.
