Experience Details

This is the first food and wine experience where the guest becomes the sommelier, thanks to our Tasting Notebook, thanks to which you will be guided in recognizing the characteristics of the wine you are trying.

All in a location for exclusive use where the protagonists are wine labels rigorously selected and combined with one of the pillars of Roman cuisine: the artichoke.

What You’ll Experience

The experience will take place in an exclusive location in collaboration with the "Il Giardino Romano" restaurant. The tasting will last approximately 120 minutes and includes 5 courses, with the artichoke as the protagonist, with the pairing of 5 high-level wines. Our notebook will be essential for our guests to recognize the wines that will be served. In this experience we will only use high quality wines.

Unforgettable Artichoke and Wine Experience

A complete all-round experience, excellent traditional Roman dishes and especially the food and wine pairing. There were four of us and we chose the Traditional Menu and enjoyed it very much.
