Your sommelier will guide you throughout the tasting, detailing the particularities of each wine and cheese and explaining how their flavors complement and enrich each other. The freshness and lightness of Chasselas perfectly balance the full-bodied taste and nutty aromas of Gruyère, while the finesse and red fruit aromas of Pinot Noir harmonize with the spicy taste of Appenzeller.
