I booked rather late in the day for the following day excursion and not only that the driver was found and the service was provided, but it was excellent. Driver-guide was informative, flexible, kind and helpful. I had a wonderful day in the Winelands. And he was also very patient with major traffic jams and the entire center blocked because of the military parades.
