Marion was an excellent guide! She was knowledgeable about the area and sites we were visiting. We had a good amount of time to visit at each location, and it was helpful that Marion had little maps of each location we could scan so we knew the key sites. I was very happy to have only a 6 person group for this one—it was a very long, very hot day—having a bit of space to relax and cooldown in the van between stops was a bonus.
I don't often leave reviews, but this tour absolutely deserves one. I had just spent five days based in Provence and wanted to visit several places that, in my view, would have been difficult to reach efficiently without renting a car or constantly changing hotels. I had settled on staying first in Arles and then in Aix-en-Provence (both with museums I was keen to visit), but I also wanted to see iconic sites like Pont du Gard and the Palais des Papes in Avignon.
