Hosted by an Italian sommelier, this guided tasting takes you through four carefully selected regional, small-production, fine wines. Each selection from sparkling, white, rosé and red reflect the character of Apulian viticulture. Expect native varieties poured and explained by someone who knows this land and its producers intimately. The tasting is accompanied by local charcuterie and aged cheese, including the celebrated Capocollo di Martina Franca, alongside classic Italian bar snacks such as taralli and olives.
