Bari Cooking Class : Traditional Focaccia & Orecchiette

Bari Cooking Class : Traditional Focaccia & Orecchiette
Experience Details
Get ready to live an authentic experience in the heart of Bari, in a secret place that holds the true spirit of Apulian cuisine. In the company of a local guide, you will put your hands in the dough to prepare two symbols of tradition: the focaccia from Bari, queen of street food, soft and crisp with juicy cherry tomatoes, which even beat the Genoese focaccia in a last-ditch challenge, and the handmade orecchiette, prepared according to the ancient Bari technique, celebrated by the New York Times as a heritage to be protected. After the lesson, we will sit at the table to enjoy together the fruit of our work, accompanied by a good local wine and stories that smell of tradition.
An intimate, engaging and genuine experience, designed for those who want to discover the true soul of Bari through its cuisine.

Very small room. Tight. There are other cooking tours to take. You are literally on top of each other.
Camilla and Mirella were amazing! So easy to follow the class and it was like cooking with family! Would recommend this experience to anyone who wants an authentic cooking class!
Great vibes! Iris and Marica are wonderful and very attentive. Had great conversations and met great people
It was a nice experience Our guide Alessia was very good. Very friendly and professional
The class was interesting. You mix the dough, but eat the focaccia and the orchestra someone else prepared, because they need time to sit.
