Before cooking, enjoy a guided walk through the herb and spice garden where you will discover fresh turmeric, ginger, galangal, lemongrass, pandan leaves, kaffir lime leaves, chilies, and other essential ingredients used in Balinese cuisine. Learn about their culinary, medicinal, and cultural significance in everyday Balinese life.
After the garden visit, head to the cooking pavilion and begin creating a variety of authentic dishes from scratch. The chef will guide you step-by-step, making the class suitable for both beginners and experienced cooks.

After the garden visit, the experience moves to an open-air kitchen where traditional tools and techniques are used. You’ll prepare a variety of authentic dishes. Set against the tranquil backdrop of Sanur tropical landscape, this hands-on class blends education, culture, and enjoyment.

Balinese food
Excellent and Fun Cooking Class! We had an excellent experience at the Raja Bali Cooking Class in Nusa Dua. The staff was super friendly, and the chef was very professional and spoke good English. The class was well-organized, hands-on, and a lot of fun. We particularly enjoyed the setting in the beautifully landscaped herb garden, where we were also able to learn about many of the ingredients. Amazing class in Tanjung
I had the pleasure of participating in this cooking class in Bali (Nusa Dua). The chefs were brilliant, and made the whole session really easy to follow. The food was incredible. Lots of amazing flavours. I would highly recommend this cooking class to others!

Great experience
The best show in South Bali. Beautiful cliffs and temples with sunset views. We were picked up very kindly by a driver named Putra. He was very warm and took good care of us.
