Begin your journey in a cozy Venetian kitchen where your chef-guide introduces the traditions behind three iconic Italian dishes. Start with saltimbocca alla Romana—veal cutlets layered with sage and prosciutto then gently pan-seared. Next, learn to make tagliatelle pasta by hand and pair it with a rich Bolognese sauce. For dessert, bake a torta della suocera, a decadent chocolate cake inspired by family tradition. As you enjoy your meal, take in the ambiance of a live acoustic guitar performance by the chef, adding a personal and cultural touch to your culinary adventure.

With live acoustic guitar by the chef, this class offers a rich cultural experience paired with unforgettable flavors.
