We had a great time at the rum and chocolate tasting. The rums were great and Steven did a great job giving the tour. The distillery was beautifully decorated and the rum old fashion was amazing. I have already recommended it to my friend who are there this week. We will definitely return to the Papiamento Distillery the next time we are in Aruba.
We had an amazing time doing the Rum and Chocolate sensory experience. We viewed a short video and learned about the history of the distillery (which will be operational on site by Dec. 26) as well as how they are currently sourcing for their rums. The experience included 3 rums paired with 3 different chocolates as well as a cocktail. Their Old Fashioned cocktail is simply out of this world amazing.
