Step into a cozy Florentine kitchen and prepare five traditional courses with the help of your local chef. Begin with seasonal crostini, topped with tomato or chicken liver. Then, knead dough for fresh ravioli filled with Gorgonzola and walnuts, followed by farfalle pasta paired with sausage and peas.


Next, prepare a bright caponatina — a rustic vegetable medley enriched with juniper berries. End your culinary journey with a hands-on tiramisù lesson, layering mascarpone and espresso-soaked ladyfingers. Dine in a relaxed setting, sip wine if you bring your own and leave with skills to recreate this Tuscan menu at home.
