True Bean-to-Bar Process: We guide you through the full transformation from the cocoa bean to the finished bar (roasting, conching, molding). You witness and participate in the science of real chocolate making—not just melting pre-made chocolate.
Canarian Cocoa History: Discover the fascinating and unique historical connection of cocoa with the Canary Islands, adding a rich cultural layer to your Tenerife visit.

Become a Master Chocolatier for three hours! This captivating, hands-on workshop guarantees an unforgettable experience and three personalized chocolate bars to take home.
You'll dive into the fascinating world of cocoa, starting with a sensory tasting of unique cocoa-based drinks. We'll explore the compelling history of cocoa, from the Amazon to its significant link with the Canary Islands.
The core of the class is witnessing the complete "Bean-to-Bar" process. You'll see a live demonstration illustrating the full transformation: from roasting the bean to refining (conching).
Finally, you will create, mold, and package your own chocolate bars, completing them with personalized labels featuring your name.
The workshop concludes with a Q&A session and a Certificate of Participation. Choose between a Shared Small Group (max. 8) or a dedicated Private Workshop. Book this unique adventure!
