What changes when the same tea leaves meet water again? Rather than tasting each tea just once, follow Tie Guan Yin and pine-smoked Lapsang Souchong through at least four infusions each, with simmered white tea opening and closing the experience.
Your host helps you put aromas, textures and lingering flavours into your own words, linking what you taste to tea making and everyday drinking. First taste the tea alone, then enjoy light snacks. The private table for 2-4 guests leaves room for questions and conversation in a modern tea space at M50.
Choose 60 minutes for depth within three teas; choose our 90-minute Five-Tea Discovery for breadth across five. Both welcome beginners.

Hotel transfers, transport, sightseeing, retail purchases and additional food or drinks
Settle in at nimThé's tea table at TINGTAI in M50 Creative Park for a private 60-minute tasting for 2-4 guests. Follow three Chinese teas and discover how the same leaves reveal different qualities across successive infusions.
Begin with simmered white tea and a simple introduction to tasting. Explore Tie Guan Yin through at least four infusions, looking for floral and fruity notes as your host explains partial oxidation and the tea maker's craft.
Continue with at least four infusions of pine-smoked Lapsang Souchong. Explore its smoky aroma and possible longan-like or red-date notes, and hear its connection to tea's export history. Taste the first cups alone before adding light tea snacks. Compare aroma, mouthfeel and finish in your own words.
Return to the white tea, ask questions and take away ideas for everyday tea drinking. Your host brews and guides the conversation; no prior knowledge is needed.
