+20 photosWe booked this event with some people on our tour group. It was amazing. Agnes made the class very easy to follow and fun. She was a joy to talk to, and I really liked that we got to make “bonus” treats while the strudel was baking. Salzburg was one of our favorite stops on our trip and this class made it even better!
Agnes was a DELIGHT!!! Her personality and knowledge made our experience outstanding!! Very knowledgeable on Austrian baking, and had such a darling space to do it in. She really took the time, and cared so much to help my little bit older parents. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

My tour guide booked this class for my tour and what a wonderful experience it was! Agnes showed us how to make apple strudel and pretzels and then afterwards cooked us a lovely dinner. Her and her assistant were so kind and helpful and the class made strudel seem less intimidating and not scary at all! I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Salzburg and Agnes is such a ray of sunshine and genuinely wants you to have a good experience in her class.
What an amazing experience we had with Agnes! She has the most beautiful space in Salzburg, it overlooks the Mozart bridge. And we learned to make Apple Strudel, in this beautiful space with her , she gives step by step instruction and shows you tricks and makes it fun! My husband and I enjoyed the experience immensely and would suggest it for anyone whom loves to cook/bake or even a kitchen novice , as Agnes is patient and friendly and really is great instructor. Exceptional workshop with Agnes. We were very lucky to have a private workshop in May, and loved speaking with & learning from this wonderful lady! The techniques were taught expertly, and we felt we were in safe hands. We even made Viennese cookies which was a lovely touch. At the end, we very much enjoyed eating our tasty creation with some ice cream & a drink.
