Experience Details
In the heart of Tokyo’s business districts, the Japanese salaryman thrives, a unique mix of dedication, discipline, and idiosyncrasy.
Experience a night out as a salaryman with this Shimbashi night food tour, visiting hidden izakayas, local pubs, and authentic ramen shops.
Shimbashi, conveniently located between Ginza and Marunouchi, is a crossroads of commerce, culture, and cuisine. Its bustling railway station mirrors the energy of the salarymen and women it serves.
Your first stop is Izakaya Sato, included in the itinerary and a seafood specialty restaurant. While some non-seafood options are available, it is not recommended for guests who dislike seafood.
If preferred, you will be guided to Masumi, a local izakaya with a long history, ample seating, a varied menu, and an authentic local atmosphere.
At Sato, enjoy a 6-dish izakaya course with an all-you-can-drink bar featuring Japanese sake, beer, and other beverages.
After the izakaya, your guide will take you to a top ramen joint, offering a selection of ramen including pork, seafood, soy sauce, salt, vegetables, and more, perfect to complete your authentic Tokyo salaryman night out.
