The experience continues with a practical session on cooking lomo saltado, a beloved Peruvian stir-fry that combines local ingredients with dynamic Wok techniques. This class is designed to be engaging and interactive, ensuring you’re actively involved in every step of the cooking process.
In just 2 hours you will engage in our four steps course including Pisco tasting, Pisco Sour and Chilcano de Pisco preparation and finally the preparing and cooking of two of Peru’s most emblematic dishes: Ceviche and Lomo Saltado.
