The cooking course will take place in a house located in a historic estate, owned by my family since 1830. At the foot of Mount Grifone, the countryside is surrounded by mandarin, lemon, and orange groves.

During the class we make from scratch some of the most traditional Sicilian pastries and we will prepare the shells and we will learn the secret of the sicilian ricotta. I will talk about food storytelling by a Sicilian cuisine and culture connoisseur We will taste the pastries made accompanied by sweet wine and coffee or tea I will give you a recipes booklet on line and a take away box with the pastrie made
