Most delightful day of our trip to Italy!

Our experience with Maria and Elena was fabulous! We visited two different farms, purchasing vegetables for our lunch, and then drove to Maria's home, which is STUNNINGLY beautiful. She has an amazing vegetable garden of her own, which she proudly showed us. Then we got down to the business of making the pasta into two different shapes. A wonderful cooking and cultural experience.

A really wonderful time . The visits to the beautiful farms for ingredients were just such enjoyable experiences and The cooking sessions in Maria’s beautiful country farm house were so much fun and very informative. Maria assisted by her daughter made the whole experience such a memorable time and a real highlight of the trip to Italy. I would highly recommend the cooking class to anyone interested in experiencing such an important part of puglian culture.

The ladies were lovely (loved her home!!!)! The food was delicious! The market piece was a bit lackluster, but didn’t really matter. It may have been timing, the tour person had a day off when we were at one of the shops.
