Think of an asado as an excuse to get together with the people you most love, whether it’s friends, family, or colleagues. For us, it is a genuine ritual and an excuse to get together and share a ton of anecdotes.
The experience begins at a traditional parrilla. As you enjoy your meal a knowledgeable guide will share stories about the history of Asado and its role in our social life, making the experience not just a meal, but a cultural immersion.
Afterward, the tour continues to a second grill restaurant, where participants will dive into the beloved choripán. Our most iconic sandwich.
Following, you will stroll through the picturesque streets of San Telmo, exploring its vibrant art scene and historic architecture, before concluding the day with a scoop of artisanal helado, leaving you with sweet memories of your time in this neighborhood.
